Founded in 2022 by Jacob and Nicole Spellis, Vital Health started with five employees and a simple conviction: that the best care happens when clinical expertise meets genuine human understanding. No labels. No judgment. Just leaders walking alongside people on their path to healing.

What started as a small practice in Maumee, Ohio has grown into a comprehensive behavioral health organization with more than fifty dedicated professionals — serving individuals, families, and communities across Northwest Ohio with a full continuum of care from ambulatory detox through recovery housing.
